We have a number of roles currently open, including Specialist roles in IS Automation, Quality Assurance and Information Systems.

  • What are the skill sets you find most difficult to find?

While the market is quite competitive, hard to find skills would include automation tool experience (Rockwell, Scada).

  • If you are interviewing two candidates and both have equal qualifications and experience, what are the additional skills or attributes that would give one candidates the edge?

Strong communication skills are key to success in Amgen, ability to be self-motivated and play an active part in teams would be an advantage across all areas here in Amgen.
